Video of the Week Dynamic Locust Pose


Dynamic Locust pose is a great way to strengthen the entire back of your body, from the base of your skull all the way to the back of your legs. The one-legged version is a good starting place for those who are newer to back-bending or feel weak in the back body. Progress to the two-legged version when you are feeling stronger and ready for the challenge.
