Step 6- Intake of alcohol should be stopped off immediately. It has a disastrous affect on the liver. In addition it does not provide ant nutrition. It will also make it difficult to attain a flat belly

You should take less amount of the carbohydrate. Some time people take more carbohydrate that is required by the body. This excess carbohydrate turns to form the fat in the belly. Skipping meals will not help instead avoid food like pasta, breads, rice. Healthy food should be taken and exercise must be done regularly. It is not very difficult to lose the fat all you have to do is to remain motivated in the right path to lose weight effectively. Do be embarrassed by your reflection.
